Work alongside your existing training and development structure - this is our most widely used approach, working alongside existing training and development structures. Many companies have existing programmes and are happy with their suppliers. That’s fine by us and we work with your existing providers, enabling your current programme to be underpinned by a nationally recognised management qualification from the Chartered Management Institute. This includes an exercise to ensure the learning outcomes for the qualification are mapped into your existing material. The process can be quick and easy to carry out, and it transforms your training into an accredited programme with minimal cost and maximum effect.
Supplement your existing set up - by writing and/or delivering additional material to enable your programme to be accredited via qualification for your managers. In these situations we work closely with any existing suppliers to ensure you receive top class service.
Provide a “full service” - usually used by companies who do not have an existing training and development structure or who are looking to change their current set up. We work with you to put in place specific programmes to enable you to move your business forward and also ensure a management qualification is an integral part of the structure. We design and deliver the material to your exact requirements.
Offer a range of expertise that does not include a management qualification. We appreciate everyone has different needs at different times and whatever you want in the field of learning and development we provide a first class product and service, including face to face delivery on a whole range of management topics.
